Be Advised

  • Always use a private network when submitting personal health information, never use a public network that strangers are also logged into. Your home network is fine.
  • Some browser extensions including AdBlock may cause errors when filling out our secure forms. We ask that you use a browser with no add-ons/extensions or disable them temporarily.
  • The assessments are best taken on a computer with the browser expanded to be close to full screen. Mobile devices such as phones or smaller tablets may prove difficult to use during the test.
  • If you experience an ongoing issue during the test, click “Save and Continue” at the bottom of the page. Copy and paste the URL given to a safe location or enter your email to be given a link. If the issue persists contact our support team at info@psytegrity.com.
  • The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA law), in general, prohibits the asking of any questions related to a family history of disease or mental illness (and extends past first degree relatives) in occupational-related contexts; however, in certain contexts involving federal employment/assignment, GINA law may not apply. In the event that such information is inadvertently revealed and whereby GINA law does apply, it will not be considered as part of the data that determines the evaluating psychologist’s clinical opinion/recommendation of your psychological qualification/suitability for hire/assignment.
